Custom labels for discount policies

A lot of policies need to be created with the exact rule set and irrelevant code bases only because the text entered as Discount policy title shows up as when booking the ticket to let the user know what discount policy is being applied. If these labels could be customized for each code generated under a discount policy, this would prevent the need of creating new policy each time. Also, good to have would be ability to reuse the label easily by clicking something like generate more coupons under this label.
Classic example is when we issue community discounts, they are all the same rules but we need to generate a policy per community per event.
