If there are many sample sets, this dropdown (see picture) would be very long if there are many sample sets.

Suggestion: Replace the single dropdown with 2 dropdowns, where 2 sample sets are selected to be compared. When one such selection is done, two new dropdowns appear to allow for an additional comparison and so on.

This issue is based on feedback from the UX survey.
