Add the ability to add issues offline from a live retrospective. Be able to go to the retro, add an issue, leave, and then come back later and view all the issues. Same with grouping issues and voting for issues offline. The key is to be able to leave the retro and comeback where it left off. Perhaps there can be text boxes with a new "feedback" phase where people can talk about the issues offline as well.
