Halide GPU example fails

I'm new to Halide and trying the run the provided tutorials. When running GPU example(lesson_12_using_the_gpu), i am getting the below error.

I'm running this on a Linux machine with NVIDIA GPU.

It looks like you built Halide and maybe LLVM yourself and potentially incorrectly... can you post the commands you used to build each one?

That still doesn't show how you built LLVM.

I'm using the LLVM-10.0.0 pre-built binaries obtained form https://releases.llvm.org/download.html#10.0.0
