Support for parsing iHeartRadio ICY metadata

Expected Behavior

Gradio should be able to properly name ICY/Shoutcast streams from iHeartRadio like "Artist - Song name"

Current Behavior

Raw ICY data is posted as the stream title, see: TooTallNate/node-icy#32 . This is because iheartradio apparently uses their own kind of ICY data.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add an iHeartRadio stream, like WRDU
2. Incorrect ICY data is posted as stream title.
