Adding new highlights the same book (updating markdown file) - bad sorting,

Describe the bug

I read few books at the same time and update my clippings every two weeks.
New highlights appear at the end of the markdown file even if they're at the start of the book.
Also I have updated template file and while uploading new my clippings txt it does use new template only to newly imported highlights.

Method of syncing

To Reproduce

1. Read and highlight non fiction book in the middle
2. Upload my clippings txt to obsidian
3. Read and highlight non fiction book in the first chapter
4. Upload my clippings txt to obsidian to update my markdown file
5. Hightlights from second reading are at the end of markdown file while they in the first chapter of the book

Expected behaviour

Each time I upload my-clippings file full markdown file should be updated and sorted by location.
