Overview

Update HfLA-Website: img Tag Audit spreadsheet where the "Path to file" column is CONTRIBUTING.md. Update the current line of code with the desired line of code. As well as filling in the blank of the column J "Link to good first issue" to sec 3.1 b and 3.1.b, iv in the column F "Link to page(s) on website (if applicable)"
