Overview

The UXR team needs to document the use of FigJam so that future researchers can easily understand how to utilize this tool for usability testing data analysis.

Action Items

  • Create general how to guide for creating affinity diagrams in FigJam
  • Document FigJam account instructions
  • Add documentation to wiki
  • Review with product and research. Update if needed based on feedback
  • Once finalized, add before and after images to the staging deck on this slide
  • Get Stakeholder sign-off via the stakeholder meeting slide deck.
