Overview

The UXR team needs to document the use of Zoom and Otter.ai so that future researchers can easily understand how to utilize these tools to conduct and transcribe usability testing sessions.

Action Items

  • Document Zoom account instructions
  • Document Otter.ai account instructions
  • Add documentation to wiki
  • Review with product and research. Update if needed based on feedback
  • Once finalized, add before and after images to the staging deck on this slide
  • Get Stakeholder sign-off via the stakeholder meeting slide deck.

Progress: The main text of the guide is complete, but screenshots and callouts need to added.
Blockers: No blockers to completing this. It is not dependent on anything at this point because we have done multiple rounds of user testing, and have the knowledge to complete it now.
Availability: Melissa is available to work on this for 2 hours this week.
ETA: Will be completed by 1/29/25.
