Overview

As a user on the ProjectsPage, I want to see selection highlights on the context menu, so that I can clearly tell which items are responsive/clickable.

Action Items

REPRO:

  1. navigate to the ProjectsPage (eg. https://tdm-dev.azurewebsites.net/login/projects)
  2. See each project is on a row.
  3. Look at the end of the row for a kebab menu.
  4. click the menu, it should open
  5. move the cursor over the menu options

RESULTS:
Menu doesn't have a selection / hover response.

EXPECTED:
app menus should behavior similarly to system menus, which highlight on mouseover.
