Describe the bug

When our site is inside a widget, there are links that take user to other pages on our site, and if they use them, they get stuck in our site appearing in the iframe with no obvious way to get back to the map.

When our site is appearing inside an iframe, we should make those links open new windows… or at least have an obvious way to get back to the “Find Food” flow.

Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. Go to foodcyclela.org > click on “find food” in the menu > scroll down to our widget
  2. Click on “Learn about this site” (which probably should be “Learn more about this tool?)
  3. The FOLA “About Us” page appears inside the iframe, and there’s no easy or obvious way to get back

What's the expected result?

  • A way to get back to the “Find food” flow

What's the actual result?

  • Stick on a page of content with no way out.

Suggested solution

Detect when our site is embedded and then make that link open in a new window/tab instead of in the current frame.

Alternatively, implement
