Favorited items out of region showing.

eg: if you favorite the framework and go to the other 13 seas it will still show up on the bar even though you cannot get it in that section of shop.

@NeonGamerBot-QK the bar that is created on the middle like the below image

It does not take location / region as parameter and only takes in account the current doubloons and works on a percentage basis.

Are you working on this one ? It is simple so by removing the bar by adding an extra parameter.

Update me if you are not working and I will resolve this :)
