The following are upgrade instructions for each version
of the Change by Us application.

* Due to a change in migration #5 (which had to be made; though in normal
  circumstances we should never ever ever be changing existing migrations
  and instead be fixing them with additional migrations) you will first have
  to downgrade the database before upgrading:

    python manage.py downgrade 4
    python manage.py upgrade

  This should have no adverse effects on the existing data.
