Post latest version of H2O, and add the new toolboxes.

also there was some communicate regarding it in 2023.- but no action:
Hi Michal, yes I talked with Adam some time back and discussed an action plan on what needs to be done. I created an issue to work on and its in to-do list.
However in the last devops meeting jeff pointed that a New H2O-3 version and its good to work on this as well. Please find the actions that needs to be taken below
According to the current state. work to be done :
Rebuild images with latest version on H2O-3
Start with GLM product first
deploy all versions to AWS marketplace / check each description and versions
versions must match h2o-3 version
Test each product on marketplace with the help of adam

Ask Cindy Parker for help. Help partner's team to manage marketplace.

Probably best if there is automatic mechanism built into the code to allow users to choose h2o-3 versions as new fixed/major release are being added.
