Discuss GLM CV behavior regarding the max_iterations and update documentation

We estimate the max_iterations for the final model from the CV models and it might cause troubles with converging. And even if it doesn't the warning might be confusing to users -> emit warning only when not converged.

When we reach some decision we need to update the docs.
