We need to init the project with a create-react-app template:

Typescript is the main stack language
Styled components for a CSS in js solution
rebass as a framework
Setup CI/CD pipeline

Did PR with mentioned issues. Will set up CI/CD pipeline later, as there is no code to test or deploy yet.
