Hi,
thanks for developing mountainClimber. I run the pipeline and got the final results, but I do not know the meaning of the results.
For example
chr5 100034815 100034816 TandemAPA;TandemAPA;L4;Hnrnpdl:100039664:5;100034816-100034985;100034719-100034816;-0.060122687117;0.674672229157;0.734794916274;0.000293816727717163 0 -
which number of the fourth column is the pvalue or usage ratio?
