Should be renamed to something relating to GWT, and consistent with other Eclipse toolbar menu tooltips.

If I get it right, this is just a placeholder, and the name is not visible anywhere (not true, there's the tooltip)

BTW, I wish I knew what GDT means...

What would be a good name, anyway? I'd simply use "GWT"

Just because I came across it: GDT = GWT development tools
