If you are using the NET Framework framework and cannot find the openvino_c dependency, please solve it as follows:
Please find the running directory of the program, usually in the bin/debug or bin/release directory, and find the folder dll/win-x64 under this directory. In this directory, you can see the openvino.cdll file. Then copy all the files in this directory to the bin/debug or bin/release directory, and regenerate them into a new project to solve the problem.
