2 - Rename plugin folders with ipm- prefix #2

So that the ipm plugins appear grouped in the Wordpress plugins folder, we 
should rename them so that they have 'ipm-' at the beginning.  Some, like 
wfiu_utils, should become ipm-utils, etc.

let's rename them with pubmedia- prefix instead.
