Change order of columns

Change order of columns to reflect preferred order on wiki: http://wiki.copticscriptorium.org/doku.php?id=annotation_layer_names
For other columns resulting from orthographic tags (eg gap_reason or note), those columns can go with the other columns resulting from orthographic tags (eg hi_rend)

This could require either some 'preferred ordering' configuration to apply on import, or else a buttong with a function 'reorder columns' based on some configuration or user input.
