Project Maintenance and License

Is there a version of this package that is currently maintained? https://github.com/andersinno/django-rss-plugin/ has a limited amout of updates related to django 2.x, but since then, django 3.x has been released. As mentioned in #11, that version isn't even released to PyPI. I also think that a maintained package would update the setup.py to mention current versions of django if they are actually compatible.

Also: There is very little information on licensing in this repo, specifically a license="BSD" in setup.py. This is not a valid SPDX identifier, presumably because it is ambiguous. Is it correct to assume that a BSD 3-clause license is intended, because that is what django meant by it.
