The functions in this package have been updated to avoid errors due to the upcoming release of tibble version 2.0. I added a NEWS.md file

There were no ERRORs, WARNINGs, or NOTEs.

Downstream dependencies

I have also run R CMD check on downstream dependencies of rcrtan. No ERRORs or WARNINGs were found.
