gss.js url used in assorted demos has gone missing #43

This URL https://s3-us-west-2.amazonaws.com/cdn.thegrid.io/gss/v2.0.0/v2.0.0/gss.js is used in the hello world demo, and in assorted blog posts from fans etc., but sadly it has gone missing.

Relatedly, I found that file on archive.org and made a new codepen with the fixed gss.js and img links! https://codepen.io/elimisteve/pen/rNjXNvB
