Untangle is a logic game in a window of Workbench screen. Each level consists
of a set of dots connected by lines. Lines have a lot of intersections. The
player task is to move dots with mouse to untangle the lines, so there are no
intersections.

Untangle requires AmigaOS version 3.0 or newer. It also uses a few system
libraries, but all of them are delivered with the system.
The game also runs on AmigaOS 4, MorphOS and AROS, using their emulation
of M680x0 processors.

@{B}Installation@{UB}
No special installation required. Just copy the game directory somewehere.
Make sure that file "StandardSet.iff" containing game levels is located in
the same drawer as the game.
Alternative game icons are stored in "icons" drawer. Icon change may be done
manually.

@NODE Configuration "Configuration"
@{B}Configuration@{UB}
Untangle has 6 sizes of a dot available. Dot size is configured with DOTSIZE
icon tooltype. It may be changed in the icon information window of Workbench.

When started, Untangle automatically loads the first unsolved level. It will be
level 1 after fresh installation. Dots can be dragged with mouse using the left
button. Number of intersections to be untangled, number of moves made and level
time are shown on the bar at bottom.
Level is solved, when there are no intersections. Then the game blinks the
screen, pauses for a second, and loads the next level.
After the last level of a set is completed, the game ending is displayed with
some statistics.
A level is accessible after all the previous levels of set have been solved.
Solved levels may be attempted again by choosing them from the
@{"highscore table" LINK HighscoreTable}.
@ENDNODE
@NODE HighscoreTable "Highscore Table"
@{B}Highscore Table@{UB}
Untangle keeps the best time and best number of moves for each level. The table
is shown in a separate window, which also works as a level selector.
Highscore table is opened from "Level Selector..." @{"menu item" LINK Menu}.
Clicking on an entry in the list loads clicked level, so it can be played
again. The first unsolved level is available at the end of list.
If the player selects a level from the list, but currently played level has
some moves made, a confirmation requester is displayed.
@ENDNODE
@NODE GameSaving "Game Saving and Loading"
@{B}Game Saving and Loading@{UB}
Untangle automatically loads and saves the @{"highscore table" LINK HighscoreTable}. The game state is
stored in "Untangle.state" file in the game drawer. The file is created
automatically if it does not exist.
The state is loaded at program start. It is saved after every solved level and
when quitting the program.
Dimensions and positions of the main game window and level selector window are
stored in the file as well.
