Currently, there is the oscar-cli apply command that receives an FDL document as input to create a set of OSCAR services.

However, when it comes to removing a service, this needs to be done one by one via the oscar-cli service remove command.

Proposal:

Add an oscar-cli delete command that receives an FDL document and removes all the services from the OSCAR cluster.
