En esto intervienen varios mecanismos como:

Interna

Utilizar service worker para forzar y renovar cache assets
Forzar el invalidación de cache netlify via headers
Activar persistencia en modo offline

UI

Mostrar un aviso al usuario cuando existe una nueva version
Mostrar aviso si esta como offline
Mostrar agregar a inicio en Safari/iOS
