leaving config->oof always asks for confirmation

Is there a possibility to disable that popup/deadlock from the settings? It's quite irritating when one is just clicking through things and i don't even understand the purpose as with totdays java** any change in there be picked up by somethign which then might be allowed to ask for this.

I discovered that if i stay in settings it doesn't ask anymore but exactly this first time leaving is the thing that ticks me of each time and i can imagine that i'm not alone with that feeling.

I never set any OOF rules so this can't be it and i just double checked with an test user.
