Use HTTPS instead of HTTP for JavaScript Load #24

Currently you load a JavaScript from a Remote Source using http.
https://github.com/grnet/zeus/blob/master/docs/graphs/voters.html#L52
Please make sure to use https for everything.

P.S.: I don't know what this HTML file does in the documentation folder and it's probably never served.
