How to save data to user's device?

I just wanted a library easy to use and now I love this library.
But can anyone tell me how to save recorded files to user's device.
Maybe computer, phone or other thing. It should create a folder named something I gave.
And then save all the things in that folder. And read everything from that folder.
For windows maybe in documents folder on mobile in the storage and on the others pcs too.
