-What is required before this can be implemented?
-Does a bounty need to be put up to see if anyone can break it/ Identify potential flaws?
-Can we fund an existing Grin dev to build it?

*This might be viewed as something that core should address not cc. However, the proposal has been sitting in limbo for months and core doesn't seem very active these days. From previous polls we have run; Improving Grin's privacy is the most important thing for most of the community, trumping even UX: https://twitter.com/DavidBurkett38/status/1303498860225007619?s=20 It's also something that both cc & core could agree on.
