Install docs improvements

• Consolidate all install/configuration documentation to the AWS setup page. Change the student Tool Installation section to be a more didactic section. Demonstrate different kinds of tool installations and have some exercises but it isn’t about the students install all the tools they need.

This is a bit of a mess right now.

• We have started to improve the student tool installation section: https://rnabio.org/module-00-setup/0000/08/01/Installation/
• Next step would be to choose a subset of tools that demonstrate the various install types/patterns.
• But we want to keep the complete install instructions so that we know how to set up the AWS instances. These would logically live here: https://rnabio.org/module-08-appendix/0008/08/01/AWS_Setup/
• But currently that location is describing setup for the CSHL course (more than just RNA-seq). And worse than that the actual install instructions for RNA-seq course are held by Zhibin.

We need a proper home for the CSHL Advanced Seq Tech AWS cloud setup docs. Then we can use this place for the RNA-seq AWS cloud setup docs. Then both of those should reflect was is actually done for those two courses respectively.
