Differentiate between more modes and means of transport to get more precise emission values

I think this a really crucial point since it touches on the very core purpose of our app and also concerns all views/areas of the app.

1. There needs to be more differentiation for public transport! E.g. as Niklas pointed out, German ICEs already run with 100 % renewable energy. However I am not sure, if that means they can be counted as "completely emission free"...

(Perhaps for the next version we could do a little research to be sure(r) of our emission factors. I for one would be motivated to contact for instance the Potsdam-Institut für Klimafolgenforschung or some such institution for support.)

2. We should at least also consider to take into account in our calculations for cars and motorcycles the kinds of roads travelled, "city", "country road", "freeway"... and with or without speed limit. If that turns out to be far to complicated to implement we can still live it for version 2.0. ;)
