I expected to find simplates code instead of code of static site. If these are so useful, why aren't they reusable?

It's a static site. Simplates are for dynamic sites.

I know. You go to the site, see that Simplates are a file format, and then Fork me on Github link. What should be the result of forking file format? An expectation is that there should be some implementation of simplates library that you can fork or download .
