log name changes

See also #464. These should at least be logged to stdout (not that we're using logging_threshold=1 in production; if we don't have a gittip.log helper then we should write one to up the log level by default). I'd also not mind logging these in the database. Anyone have any best practices on whether to log that to a dedicated table vs. a generic "log" table?
