Title needs work, and didn't want it to sound much like implement earmarking, distributors.

I would love to see a @ humble like service where you can go to a page, donate, and split your donations between registered maintainers.

@ Gratipay @ humblesupport I'm thinking in terms of a user donating. They can decide who they want to tip if for a specific PR.
