allow any tip amount between $0 and $24 (sliding scale, Humble Bundle)

Right now we have six tip buttons: 0, 1, 3, 6, 12, 24 (see #76, #95, and #180 for backstory). This ticket picks up @ricardobeat's idea on #180 that we should "draw some inspiration from Humble Bundle," where we allow any amount between 0 and 24, and have a slider instead of buttons. We'd have suggestions, e.g.:

• tipper's average
• tippee's average
• global average

Does this also include the idea of "tipping" multiple people with a single tip? Say I want to tip $50, but I also want to split it up among different developers, potentially changing the amounts each week.
