Intermittent. Probably due to rolling window for calculating active users and we're in the middle of the window (payday).

I'm on a slower Internet connection than usual (I'm on vacation). I'm going to spend a little time to maybe run this on a VPS instead of my laptop: a step towards automating payday (#9).
