Error while installing cloud foundry locally with vagrant

Hi ,

• I am trying to setup cloud foundry locally with vagrant within FIREWALL.
• I have installed : Ruby 2.0,
                           Vagrant 1.2.7,
                           VirtualBox 4.0.8,
                           Git  1.8.3 (opened port 9418 to access github.com through git protocol)
• I followed the steps from --> https://github.com/Altoros/cf-vagrant-installer#running-cloud-foundry
• On executing "vagrant up" I am getting an error. I am attaching the error part in "error.png" file.
• Also I saw some maven related error in "cf_bootstrap.log" file which may be related to the error I got.
• Please suggest if any system and network related changes needs to be done for setting CF locally as I am working within firewall.

Please help me to resolve this issue.
