Useless big-integer usage for integers

You are wrapping integer identifiers and other integers with the big-integer.
This has no sense and make life complex, because, for example, it stringified to the string instead of a number.
Telegram guarantees, that number will fit IEEE 754 and can be used in JavaScript without the risk of the overflow.
