Receiving different timestamp messages at same time on event listener

I'm using a new message event listener and it works perfectly fine but sometimes it's sending me new messages at the same time which were sent at different timeframe
This is failing my current use case where I'm expecting it to come in sequence
Can anyone help me with this issue I appreciate your time.
