Can user leave from private group (chat)?

I think I didn't understand one thing well

I found and successfully applied how to leave a channel (use "leaveChannel"), but I still couldn't find a way to leave a private group, in Telegram API I also didn't find an obvious way

I'll be glad if you finally explain to me whether there is such a possibility or not
