What is the context for your issue or request?

Given I am a member of the public

What action do you want to take within that context?

When I try to contact the DTA to ask about one of our programs and I go to the 'Contact us' page

What do you expect to happen when you take that action?

Then I should be able to select the business area with a drop down and write an email directly.
