Release notes are not listed in app release

Hi, i am using 'google-api-services-androidpublisher' library in version 'v3-rev13-1.23.0'.
I found the problem with submiting of release notes.

I use this code for submit of release notes.

It generates this request.

Commit of this edit is successful.
Problem is that release notes are not present in Google Play.

Is this going to be fixed any time soon? This problem defeats the purpose of using the publishing api to automate the releases management. I'm using python client and suffering from the exact same problem. Any help on this would be really appreciated.
