Is there any support being build or that exists to run a CWL-defined workflow using dockerflow?

I created the whole thing as proof-of-concept for CWL or WDL implementation. I modeled some of the YAML after the CWL spec. But I haven't yet begun adding full CWL support.

If there's demand, I'm happy to consider doing some more work. Also, happy to discuss PRs for that.

We had a very interesting conversation at the most recent NCI cloud face-to-face meeting. An action item for all three NCI cloud pilots AND the NCI GDC was to work from text files (most likely CWL) and run the same pipeline on all four instantiations. It would be great to have google genomics be the fifth. If you would like to be involved in that little proof-of-concept, let me know and I can loop you in. Given that both the Broad and ISB are running on Google, I suspect there is potential benefit for all.

And maybe even help in implementation! This is my 20% project in my spare
time :)

Feel free to cc me on the thread.
