Need to figure out how to build as an Electron app

This is needed so we can provide a true desktop app.

Initially this would be for local filesystem usage (edit UFO on local disk), but should ideally be expanded with collaborative features. Peer to peer? See #18.

Thanks for the ping, I hadn't seen the repository online! We'll definitely check out the app and then see how we can contribute an electron frontend. I'll come back to you once we've given a go to the app.
