Improve the loading speed of the Audiences Widget.

Feature Description

The Audiences Widget can be quite slow to load at times. We should investigate to see if we can speed up the data loading, for example identify any unnecessary REST requests, or requests which can be parallelised.

• The loading time of the Audiences Widget should be minimised to as much of an extent as possible.

Note that it's not clear at the point of drafting the AC how much of an improvement will be feasible, this will have to be explored in the IB.
