Replace the "X" close button in the Audience Creation Notice with a more prominent dismissal CTA.

Feature Description

As raised in the Audience Segmentation bug bash (see this Asana task), it's conceivable that a user could accidentally close the Audience Creation Notice in the Audience Selection Panel which would prevent them from being able to create these audiences without resetting the feature.

In order to mitigate this, we will make the close CTA more prominent, e.g. with a "no thanks" text button as per this Figma design:
