Reset RRM module settings when publication ID is changed

Feature Description

When the RRM publication is changed, all the module setting values should be reset to their defaults.

Acceptance criteria

• When the connected Reader Revenue Manager publication is changed, all the module settings (except ownerID and publicationID) should be reset to their default values.
  • The new module settings added in #9951 should only be reset if the rrmModuleV2 feature flag is enabled.
