Need a tutorial for the main features of the library. Below is an outline, let's settle on the content before I write it up:

  • Pauli sum Hamiltonians
  • QuantumCircuit
  • QuantumInference
  • BitstringEnergy
  • EnergyInference
  • QHBM
  • VQT
  • QMHL

Questions:

  • what functionality should be included? Equivalently, do any features not need to be in the tutorial?
  • should this be broken into multiple notebooks?
